The frequency of exercises at least half an hour long during free time among young (16–26 y. o.) people and their body mass index.

Body mass index (BMI) – is calculated by dividing the body weight in kilograms (kg) by height in meters (m) squared. Pregnant women were asked to indicate their weight before pregnancy.
Underweight: BMI < 18,5
Normal weight: BMI = 18,5 - 24,9
Overweight: BMI = 25,0 - 29,9
Obesity: BMI >/= 30,0
